A beautiful crystal of gemmy red Beryl from the only locality in the world that they occur, the Wah Wah Mountains, Utah.

Beryl, beryllium aluminum silicate, has a formula of Be3Al2Si6O18. The name is from the Greek beryllos, indicating any green gemstone.

Measures 0.8 x 0.3 x 0.3 centimeters.
