Wulfenite, Orange crystals, Tiger, Arizona
A sharp cluster of orange crystals of Wulfenite from the historic Mammoth-St. Anthony mine in Tiger, Pinal County, Arizona.
Wulfenite is a Lead Molybdate, with a formula of PbMoO4. The name is in honor of the Austrian mineralogist Franz Xaver von Wulfen (1728-1805).
Measures 3.7 x 2.8 x 1.8 centimeters.
